Jesus Christ is the head of Eden Elevations 3. We give Him the credit for every door that opens, we trust Him when one closes, and we run this business to honor Him: with integrity, humility, service, and stewardship. We welcome partners of every background who share a desire to build something meaningful.
How we think about impact
We measure success by what happens inside the communities we invest in, not only on the spreadsheet.
Residents who spend time together stay longer, and those who know six or more of their neighbors tend to feel safer. Stable communities make stronger investments.
We build on the programs Home Invest already runs, and we add our own as each property's plan comes together.

Home Invest Kids is our partner's 501(c)(3) nonprofit, giving children mentorship, financial literacy, and experiences that build confidence. Donations are made on Home Invest Kids' own site.
