This Privacy Policy explains how Eden Elevations LLC ("Eden Elevations 3", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information through edenelevations3.com.
Information you give us
When you join the First Look Club, request the tax guide, book a call or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, email address, phone number, investor type, your self-reported accredited investor status, your questions and your communication preferences, including whether you agree to receive text messages.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) using cookies and similar technologies. You can block cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use information
To respond to you and send what you asked for, such as the tax guide; to schedule and hold conversations; to tell you about investment opportunities if you are an accredited investor who asked to hear about them; to verify accredited status when an offering requires it; to improve the Site and our communications; and to comply with law.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run the Site and our communications for us, such as website hosting, form processing, our relationship management systems (monday.com and FK Innovate), scheduling (Calendly), email delivery and analytics. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Home Invest (our equity partner and asset manager) and its investor portal provider, when you express interest in or subscribe to an offering that Home Invest manages with us.
- Our legal, accounting and compliance advisors.
- Regulators or others when the law requires it.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our SMS Policy.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing emails or texts, at any time by emailing bruce@edenelevations3.com. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can reply STOP to any text. Agreeing to marketing messages is never a condition of investing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer if the law requires (for example, records of investor verification).
Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, correct or delete your information. Email us to make a request; we will not discriminate against you for making one.
